The "younger" missionaries

We certainly enjoy our association with the fine elders and sisters in the Dundee stake. We learn from them, laugh with them, cry with them, eat with them, study with them and in short just love them. They are AMAZING, and a powerful force for good in Scotland.
We also "inspect their apartments and cars" (for those who have cars), and that is sometimes more fun than others.
We ate together
We climbed mountains together

we had zone development day together

We interacted with people together

And a highlight was preparing for the Easter concert tour
And then performing in several venues, including the famous St. Giles in downtown Edinburgh

Friday Night Fun, Frolicking and Food

One of our last Friday night activities was a wonderful going away party for Teemeka, organized by Neil. The party included Teemeka singing with her guitar.a busking activity. Some of the YSA sat in the corridor with (mostly) toy instruments, and the rest walked up and down the hallway passing out monopoly money in appreciation.

We had waffles and pineapple for refreshments as requested by Teemeka.

Names of Christ in the Book of Mormon

During my most recent reading of the Book of Mormon, I decided to pay particular attention to, and compile the frequency of, the various names that refer to the Jesus Christ. As others have done this by verse and chapter, I chose to do it by printed column. As the name Lord was by far the most frequently use, I also noted whether in each column only Lord was used, or whether something else was use, or whether the column contain none of the names of Jesus Christ. As the title God is rather generic, I did not include that name in my analysis. I also chose to group some chapters together and to split Alma into two “chapters” for the purposes of exercise.

I noted 130 difference names for Jesus Christ, although some of them are admittedly rather similar (and I was not completely consistent). These are listed below.

This table lists the number of columns in each chapter that have Lord as the only name of Christ, have one of the other names, or have none of the names. The smaller, italicized numbers are the percentages. The latter part of Alma, which includes the war chapters, had by far the highest percentage of columns without a name of Christ.
